Guidance/Coaching & Course Work
My gudiance/coaching practice is designed to help people create consciously and transform their lives from being driven by fear to soul driven. Learning to identify emotional triggers, use higher vibrational energy and communicate with one's higher self to make informed decisions embodies the core of my practice. Co-creating with our souls helps us lead more purposeful, happy and joyful lives. This is where the magic takes place!
My Courses and Workshops are designed to help people incorporate elevated and beneficial practices into their daily lives that allow for the soul/higher self to become more integrated. My goal is to help people find their joy and purpose becoming co-creators with their soul.
Group Sessions: These sessions are done with a group of people to help people connect with higher-self, figure out what they want to create and empower them to do their own work rather than transferring their power elsewhere. Most sessions are conducted online. In person sessions may be conducted within a 2 hour radius of Endeavor WI. In person group sessions will also include the cost of travel added to the price. Get together a group of friends for a fun soulful gathering. (Cost $150)

Your Part
You will want to have a journal or notebook ready to jot down information that is presented during our session. Bring an open mind to our sessions and try to be as relaxed as possible. This helps information flow and come through more easily. Think of questions you might have beforehand to ensure you get the most of each session. Remember you are in the driver's seat at each session.
Show up with honesty and be ready to do the self work. If at anytime you need to stop or are not ready to work on something, it is completely OK to take a break. Sometimes energy work can bring up items you may not be in a place yet to tackle. Please let me know and we will stop immediately, take a break and continue in another direction.
When you book a session you are stating that you read the Informed Consent below and you understand my services do not replace medical treatment or therapy. My services are supplemental in nature and not meant to legally diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
