Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to 5DWorks, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the 5DWorks Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit 5DWorks and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by 5DWorks as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
  • Website: 5DWorks’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.5dworksllc.com
  • You: a person or entity that is registered with 5DWorks to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at 5DWorks. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at 5DWorks, you agree to the terms set forth below along with 5DWorks’s Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Coaching & Consulting Refund Policy

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Consulting because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing 5DWorks to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 


Personalized Coaching Meeting:
If you are unable to attend the 1:1 personalized coaching meeting after you purchase and schedule a time slot, you can not cancel or transfer to someone else. However, you can reschedule it if given notice 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. You must notify Kristin Moen before the 24 hour window by emailing Kristinmoen@5dworksllc.com to reschedule. 

Group Sessions:
Once you purchase a group session and sign up, you are not permitted to cancel. However, you are able to transfer to another person. Please reach out to Kristinmoen@5dworksllc.com if you are unable to attend and need to transfer.


Digital Goods and Online Courses:

 Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods and/or online courses.

Course Work Physical Goods:

 All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations for Course Work Materials will be processed within 10 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to kristinmoen@5dworksllc.com. We are happy to refund any defective physical Course work goods bought from the 5DWorks Store within 30 days of purchase.

 

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or in retail outlets.
  • We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made - be they online or in retail store.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.



Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
